Unicorn Dreams

Rarely do I ever do a layout that is pastel and dreamy. It just is not my thing. I am a bright bold whimsical crafter, but when I saw these little unicorn stamps I did not hesitate to create one.

I love creating with unicorns because I don’t have to color much! I mean, they can be white and still look cute. A combination of pattern paper from my stash, stamps, Nuvo Dream Drops and acrylic hearts had this come together in a flash!

I onlt colored in the mane, horn and feet to bring this unicorn to life. The stamp set had a coordinating die which I used to save time cutting.

To balance the center of the page out I stamped the diamonds and ran them through the die cut machine. I used pop dots to adhere them to the layout

I found these sweet little acrylic hearts and knew they would be the perfect finishing touch to this magical layout.

Unicorn Journal

As you know unicorns are all the rage right now. Starbucks even came out with a limited edition drink that actually sold out in ten hours at my local store. Sadly I did not get one, but I really only wanted it for the picture I would take of it and post on instagram…or maybe put in this journal:

I had a lot of fun creating this! I still am not sure what I am going to use it for, but it will find a use soon enough. Since it is a digital download I can reprint pieces I want as often as I need them. I am thinking a birthday card made from one of the gorgeous pages and even a gift card holder! I did a fun walk through of it so you can see the inside on my YouTube. You can check it out here

Make sure you subscribe if you have not done so already.
